Background

Sales funnel were tracked in spreadsheet and management reports were generated manually by collating the data from multiple stakeholders in the sales team. Tracking the deal closures, visibility into order pipeline, billing milestones were not possible in real time due to the absence of a single CRM solution. Citizen Industries finally selected Zoho CRM after doing extensive evaluation of multiple solutions available in the market due to it’s simplicity, powerful customization and ease of use.

Challenges 

Developing an attractive, responsive, user-friendly platform was their primary need. They specifically needed a platform with a robust strong business process workflow system to manage Customer acquisitions, customer support operations and financials. The present engagement was not being tracked, only the deals at a stage level. They engaged Race2Cloud Technologies head quartered in Bangalore, Premium partners of Zoho Corporation for a solution to meet their requirements 

Solution

Race2Cloud team worked with Citizen team to showcase the capabilities of Zoho CRM professional edition first and then with the Enterprise edition with customization capabilities to fulfil their business needs. The solution in Zoho CRM included setting up the process for Leads module and Deals module with custom fields and workflows. The customization included capturing expected billing details of closed deals for revenue projection. Setting up all the processes in Zoho CRM, which include lead management, account management, and deal management; creating automated tasks; Setup the Report for them. Through the Reports they can easily track the revenues as well as the productivity of their sales team.

Outcome

The CX reports in Zoho CRM helped the sales team understand the current effective pipeline and future estimates, and the implementation enabled the sales team keep track of activity across the organization. There was a 30% increase in the conversion rate from Lead to Potential Customer.
